Spa Policy

Chakras is open Monday from 9a-5p; Tuesday through Thursday 9a-8p; Friday 9a-7p and Saturday from 9a-5p. Group services are available.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment. Any late arrivals will be treated for the duration of your booked appointment time.

A credit card (or if applicable gift card) is required for all spa appointments and packages and new salon hair color appointments. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide a 24 hour notice for any cancellation. In the event of a “no-show” for a service, the credit/gift card will be charged the full amount.

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all of our guests. Because of safety concerns, we ask that children be in the salon area only if they have an appointment. For everyone’s comfort and privacy, no children under 16 are allowed in the upstairs spa area.

Services are provided by North Carolina licensed massage and bodywork therapists.

Some spa services are not recommended during pregnancy. Please notify us if you are pregnant.
