Chakras Spa has been named in the nationally acclaimed "Salons of the Year" interior design competition sponsored by SALON TODAY, the leading business owner publication of the salon industry.

Chakras Spadistinguished itself among hundreds of entries and is featured in the June 2008 issue of SALON TODAY magazine.

"The entries were all very unique this year, " says Laurel Smoke, editor-in-chief of SALON TODAY. The 20 winning salons feature individual designs that fit their clientele and markets. They are also representative of design trends in the salon industry.

Chakras Spa's recent interior remodel represents organic, modern, zen according to spa owner and deisgner, Sheila Paquette who was thrilled that the renovation space was selected from thousands of salons across the country. 

According to SALON TODAY editor-in-chief, Stacey Soble, "Foliage, fabrics and ethnic finishes take clients on a rich journey." Master Stylist and judge Jack Ray commented, "This salon exudes a funky, fun, yet simple feel."
