HOW’D YOU GET INTO WHAT YOU DO?

My mom used to pay me quarters to massage her back when I was little. I didn’t know it then, but i had developed my own techniques and still use my intuition to do that today. In 2003 I decided to enroll in massage school at the whole you school of massage and bodywork in Rutherfordton , NC . I discovered that I was naturally gifted in the healing arts and have a passion for helping people heal the body, mind and spirit.

SPECIALIZES IN:

Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Chakra Balancing, Reiki , Huna, Hot stone, and Sound healing with Tibetan and crystal bowls. My specialty is deep tissue with the added benefit of energy work. I find that mixing energy work with massage helps to assist with quicker release in the muscles that sustain longer lasting effects .When the body releases on a physical and energetic level, not only do we relieve the physical symptoms and dis-comfort, but we also free ourselves from those things that block and bind us from being and living a full, authentic and happy life.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

I think the thing I love most about my career is that it has forced me to go within myself on an deep and profound healing journey. It has taken me to deep depths to heal and clear anything that doesn’t serve me so that I become fully alive in all that I am today. It has served and still serves as my own personal classroom so that i may serve and assist others in there healing process and journey.
